2011
  • Finn earned a 5pt major at the Skokie Valley show on Dec. 10th!
  • Lark earned her first CD leg on November 5th, and June earned her first leg in Open A
    the following day with a first place in her class.
  • Eta completed her JH title on November 5th.
  • At WAG's Oct. UKC agility trial June finished her UACH with two first places in AGII that
    were so fast she was awarded HIT for both trials. Lark also finished her UACH. Lark
    earned High Combined for Trial 1 on Oct. 29th. On Oct. 30, June in picked up her first
    AGIII leg with a score of 199 and first place.
  • After quite a few RWD ribbons, Finn (Zephyr's Fine by Me) picked up his first point at the
    Rockford-Freeport Kennel Club shows on Oct. 1st, going BOW and BOS.
  • Lark finished her OA title, got her first Excellent Standard leg and her first MACH points at
    my club's July AKC trial. She's starting to run more like her mother and sister!
  • Eta and Riley were Select Bitch and Select Dog at this year's BYC over Memorial Day
    weekend for 5pts each towards their Grand Championships.
  • Tobago (Zephyr's Flusher of Dux) picked up his first point in the conformation ring with
    his owner Amanda handling.
  • Lark picked up 40 UACH points at WAG's UKC agility trial on Sunday, April 3rd. She also
    managed to duplicate her feat from last fall, earning HIT and HC in Trial #2.
  • June picked up her second AX leg and Lark picked up her second OA leg as well as
    finished her AXJ title at WAG's AKC trial in March.
  • The February shows in Indianapolis, IN proved to be a great place for us to show for a
    second year in a row. Lark picked up her fourth major, going WB/BOW/BOS and finishing
    her AKC championship from the BBE class. Lark is my first BBE champion and I was
    quite thrilled. To top it off, Lark was then awarded a Group 3 in the BBE Sporting Group
    competition. On Friday and Saturday Lark also competed in Rally Novice and finished her
    title. I showed her sister Eta to RWB on Saturday and WB/BOS on Sunday to also finish
    her AKC CH. This completes Eta's Rusty Jones requirements. Their brother Major was
    RWD both Friday and Sunday.
  • Lark was WB/BOW for her third major on Jan. 29th at the Lake County Fairground shows.
    On Jan. 30th Finn made his debut in the 6-9 month old puppy class and the judge
    awarded him RWD. There was a major in dogs today so he beat two open dogs to go
    Reserve.
  • In January's NSDTRC USA's Reg. 2 sponsored AKC agility trial June finished her Open
    Fast title and Lark finished her Novice Fast title. Lark also managed to get her first legs in
    Open Standard and Excellent Jumpers. All Q's were first places!

2010
  • Major picked up his second 5pt Major at the Christmas Cluster shows in Rosemont, IL.
    He is now one point away from finishing his AKC CH. Eta was RWB the same day.
  • Lark and June got to play at UKC agility on Halloween. June picked up 10 UACH points,
    with a first place in AGII Trial 2. Lark picked up her first 30 UACH points with first and
    second places, as well as duplicated her mother’s accomplishment from April, going HC
    and HIT for Trial 2.
  • Riley picked up the last point for his AKC Championship on Sunday, October 10th at the
    Stone City KC. His niece Lark managed her second major the same day, going WB and
    then BOW over her uncle.
  • Gem was BOS in Veteran’s Sweeps at the 2010 National Specialty on September 24th.  
    She had a great time and obviously remembered how to wow the judge. Her grand pups
    Lark and Eta both qualified for their first Rally Novice leg and Eta also passed the WC.
  • June and Lark had a stellar weekend at my club’s July AKC agility trial. June qualified in 3
    of her 6 runs with all first places, finally finishing her Open Standard title and earning her
    first two Excellent JWW legs. Lark finished her Novice JWW and her Novice Standard
    titles and managed her first Open JWW leg, qualifying in 4 of her 6 runs with all first
    places.
  • Eta was RWB at the BYC supported entry in Normal, IL on May 29th.
  • Eta picked up her first Novice obedience leg at the Yorkville KC on April 10th. She also
    managed her first major in the breed ring, going WB/BOW on Saturday and WB on
    Sunday. Uncle Riley made the trip as well. He was RWD on Saturday and WD/BOW/BOS
    on Sunday. He only needs a few more points to finish now!
  • Lark and June got to play at UKC agility over Easter weekend. June picked up 24 UACH
    points, earning multiple placements as well as a HIT & HC. Lark finished both her AGI &
    AGII titles with all 1st and 3rd placements.
  • The Breaker ex June pups did well at the February Indy shows. On Friday Eta went
    WB/BOW/BOB for two points, Major went WD/BOS for his first point and Lark was RWB.
    On Saturday Major was WD/BOW/BOB for a 5pt major and Eta was RWB and on Sunday
    Major was RWD.
  • Lark picked up her first major at the Park Shore show in Grayslake, IL. Her uncle Riley
    picked up his second major the next day at the Chain  O’Lakes show.
  • At the Toller agility trial on January 23 & 24 in Manhattan, IL June finished her NF and OAJ
    titles and qualified in 5 of her 6 runs with 2 first places, 1 second place and 1 third place.
    Her daughter Image finished her NAJ title and qualified in 3 of her 6 runs.

2009 and previous
  • Lark picked up two more points in the breed ring in December and uncle Riley picked up
    another point as well.
  • Image finished her Novice FAST title in November. Lark made her AKC and UKC agility
    debuts, picking up two AGI legs in UKC as well as one leg in AKC NA, two in NAJ and two
    in Novice FAST.
  • June's daughter Image made her debut in AKC agility on Oct. 11th, picking up her first
    Novice Jumpers and FAST legs.
  • June re-entered the AKC agility ring on Sept. 19-20 to pick up her last NA leg with a first
    place. She also gained a leg in Open Standard and Open Jumpers with a first and
    second place respectively.
  • June (AGII Zephyr's Day in June WC RE NAJ CD) picked up the last leg of her AKC CD in
    June.
  • Eta (Zephyr's Eta Carinae) won the 12-18 month class at the Canadian National Specialty
    in Kitchner, ON May 17th.
  • Gem, our foundation bitch, made the NSDTRC USA's first list of ROM (Register of Merit)
    dams (http://www.nsdtrc-usa.org/rom.htm). We are truly amazed by this unexpected
    honor and wish to thank all of the families her pups have gone to who contributed to this
    achievement.
